By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into the purchase

• The information you provide is complete and accurate

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method

• Your purchase complies with the laws applicable to you

A parent or legal guardian must complete purchases made for customers who are not legally able to enter into a binding contract on their own.

Products

We try to present our products as accurately as reasonably possible. However:

• Colours may appear differently depending on your screen and device settings

• Product positioning and print placement may vary slightly

• Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances

• Product materials, manufacturers, and details may change when a comparable substitute is required

• Mockups are illustrative and may not perfectly represent the finished item

Minor variations that are normal for print-on-demand manufacturing are not necessarily defects.

Made-to-Order Production

Sideneck products are made to order by Printful or its fulfillment partners after your purchase is submitted.

By placing an order, you authorize us to send the information required to produce and deliver your order to Printful, payment processors, carriers, and other relevant service providers.

Prices and Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the website or during checkout.

Unless stated otherwise, prices may exclude:

• Shipping charges

• Sales taxes

• Customs duties

• Import taxes

• Brokerage or handling fees

The complete amount charged by Sideneck will be displayed before you submit your order. Your bank or payment provider may charge currency-conversion or international transaction fees that are not controlled by Sideneck.

Taxes

Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout based on the order, billing information, shipping destination, and legal requirements.

Customers remain responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other destination charges not collected during checkout.

Orders and Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in your cart. An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted or begun producing the order.

We may cancel or refuse an order when:

• Payment cannot be authorized

• The product is unavailable

• Pricing or product information contains an obvious error

• The order appears fraudulent or unauthorized

• The delivery address cannot be serviced

• The order violates these Terms or applicable law

When we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will return the amount collected for the cancelled portion of the order.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders are automatically submitted for custom production, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Once fulfillment has begun, an order generally cannot be edited or cancelled.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Sideneck is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, labour disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Because products are made to order, purchases are final except for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled products and any remedies required by law.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, designs, illustrations, logos, product names, photographs, videos, website copy, and other content appearing on the website are owned by or licensed to Sideneck.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, or commercially exploit Sideneck content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or any associated intellectual-property rights.

You may use the website only for lawful personal purposes.

You must not:

• Interfere with the website’s operation or security

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or connected systems
