Shipping Policy

Sideneck ships worldwide through Printful’s print-on-demand production and fulfillment network.

Made to Order

Every Sideneck product is made specifically for the person who orders it. Products are not pulled from a Sideneck warehouse or shipped immediately after checkout.

After your order is placed, it must first be submitted for production. Most Printful products are currently fulfilled within approximately 2–5 business days, although certain products, large orders, busy periods, or fulfillment locations may require additional time. Fulfillment time does not include shipping time.

Business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates depend on:

The product ordered
The production facility
The destination country
The selected shipping service
Carrier capacity
Customs processing
Weather, holidays, and other events outside our control

As a general estimate after production:

Domestic delivery may take approximately 1–8 business days
International delivery may take approximately 1–20 business days

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

The estimated delivery date shown during checkout or in your order confirmation should be treated as the most relevant estimate for your particular order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates may vary based on the product type, order size, package weight, destination, and available delivery service.

Separate Packages

Products in the same order may be produced at different facilities or become ready at different times. As a result, your order may arrive in more than one package.

You will not be charged an additional shipping fee solely because we divide an order into separate shipments after checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link or tracking number.

Tracking information may take time to update after a label is created. Some international or economy shipping services may provide limited tracking.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Contact us if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or been shipped.

When an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping it.

Delayed Orders

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Packages may be delayed by customs, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside Sideneck’s control.

A delayed order is not automatically considered lost. Please check your tracking information and allow a reasonable additional delivery period before contacting us.

Lost Packages

Claims for packages lost in transit must be reported no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

When tracking shows that a package was delivered, first:

Check the delivery location, mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, or building office.
Ask members of your household or nearby neighbours.
Contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number.

Sideneck is not responsible for theft or disappearance after a carrier has confirmed delivery, except where responsibility is imposed by applicable law.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless they are expressly included at checkout, these charges are not collected by Sideneck and are the customer’s responsibility. Sideneck cannot predict or control how much a government, customs authority, carrier, or broker may charge.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products may lawfully be imported into their country.
